The experienced Associated Securities Events Planning department orchestrates a wide range of seminars, conferences and retreats that provide ample opportunities to interact with peers and stay current with important industry developments.
Advisors have ample opportunities to get to know the home office staff so they know exactly who to call when a problem arises. They meet the product vendors and business partners that help Associated Securities provide the product, tools and support that advisors need. Most importantly, they interact with peers who can help them keep up with the latest news and strategies in the financial planning arena.

As a result, The Spring and Summer conferences seamlessly integrate leisure time among colleagues with challenging sessions that enable these seasoned professionals to continue furthering their professional education.
The annual Spring Conference is a two to three day session open to all Associated Securities Registered Representatives and Advisors that includes informative keynote speakers, interactive Peer Workshops and Case Study Reviews. The highlight of the annual conference schedule is The Summer Conference, a family event that is unique to Associated Securities. This 5 day event is open to qualifying producers and their families and is held at a lodge or resort that features activities appropriate to all age ranges. It is at the Summer Conference that the Associated Securities Corp. demonstrates the advantage of networking and associating with peers.
Educational events also include Regional Study Groups run by representatives for representatives and Education Retreats that are sponsored by the representatives are open only to qualified representatives. Home Office personnel attend the regional study groups only as invited guests or speakers. The Associated Securities Conference Committee, together with the Home Office also sponsors periodic Seminars on topics such as Succession Planning, Building A Fee-Based Practice or Practice Management.
Associated Securities Corp. also offers the Blue Chip Trip, an exclusive annual networking opportunity for Advisors who qualify for the Blue Chip Club. Membership is currently extended to those Top 40 producers or production of at least $400,000 in GDC through Associated Securities Corp. and/or Associated Planners Investment Advisory, Inc. for the calendar year.
The trip takes place shortly after the close of the qualifying year. Qualifiers receive an all expense paid trip for themselves and a guest to a luxury destination. Past Blue Chip destinations have included cruises, resorts and spas in a variety of exciting locales. These trips are reported on Form 1099 for the qualifying Advisors and their spouses.
