The Regional Management team provides supervision, industry/company best practices information, transition support and training to Associated Securities Corp. Registered Representatives. Each OSJ Branch Office is assigned to a Regional Manager whose responsibilities include conducting OSJ office visits, overseeing the correction of compliance deficiencies and assisting with practice management and prospecting initiatives. Members of the team are charged with removing root cause problems, detecting problematic areas within the organization and ensuring that business is conducted in compliance with both firm policies and industry regulations. They seek to understand representatives' business and become their business advocates. Representatives can turn to Regional Management for tools and relationships to help further their practice, as well as for help in eliminating roadblocks encountered in the sales process.
